Week 7

Sorry about the flickery video. I thought stopping and starting would fix it but apparently not.

  1. You must pick the same time to weigh yourself during the day. It does NO GOOD to get a weight at different times, because I can flux almost 7 pounds in a day! Water weight, food, gravity, whatever. Always in the morning, or wait it out until next time! I haven't weighed in 9 days because I keep forgetting to do it before my morning coffee! It's almost frightening how I have no idea how I'm actually doing!
