  2. Here's a chart showing a persons weight loss over 6 months. Look at the daily fluxuations. Really take some time and check it out. Look how it goes up and down 4 pounds over a day or two. It's madness to judge success over daily or even weekly increments.

    But. Look at the 6 month chart. Look how drastic it is.

    Keep weighing in, but never get discouraged. If you are working your ass off you will, quite literally, work your ass off.

  3. Love your postings Jaqui. I just started Zumba myself last week...my hips just don't go very fast and I look like a dork, but so do all the other non-latinas in the room. I too love deep fried cheese sticks and how about jalepeno poppers...oooo. Keep up the good work, I love seeing your progress.
